Fierce Ones were seen! Legends come back to real life. The Tribe is so scared! The Chief will know what to do! I’m certain! I think! I hope. If they see Mother Hunting deer with the others What would she do then? I shake thinking about it. You can’t not hunt forever. If they see Father Fishing alone one fine day What would he do then? I cry thinking about it. He can’t not fish forever. If they see our Newt Even centuries from now What would I do then? I retch thinking about it. Watches can’t last forever. If they see Otter Young, wild and impetuous What would we do then? I just can’t think about it. Danger and death in our midst!
